The seller communicated in a timely manner and the product was fun to put together

There was an issue with one of the prints,...

There was an issue with one of the prints, but the seller: A. Warned me (great communication) B. Provided an extra copy of the print so I can have well made parts in spite of the issues, and C. Threw in some extras for good measure. Above and beyond, and that's before I even got the product.

Packaging was clean and secure, and putting the dummy together was fun and relatively easy. One of the parts broke during assembly (probably my fault) which made me glad I had the spare print. I am not a fan of the directions being provided via QR code (could have easily fit on a single sheet of paper) but it's Dummy 13, assembly directions are not hard to find and download. I will likely buy from this seller again when I want another Dummy or some accessories! (Until I get my own printer one day...)
